The Federal Position on Vape Flavours
At the federal level, a national flavour ban has not been implemented as of early 2026. Health Canada continues to allow flavoured vaping products within existing TVPA rules. In January 2025, Canada's Council of Chief Medical Officers of Health urged the federal government to implement a national flavour ban consistent with several provinces, but no national legislation has been passed as of early 2026.
