Cut-Off Time
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12 PM noon, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and holidays, will be delivered on the next business day.

When to Expect Your Lush Vape Canada Order?
Orders placed with Lush Vape Canada before 12 PM noon will be delivered the same day between 3 to 10 PM, Monday to Friday.

Delivery Process
Our Same-Day Local Delivery option will automatically appear at Checkout based on your postal. Once your order is processed using Local delivery, you will receive an email notification with a tracking link and an estimated delivery time from our courier partner, FlashBird. You can choose your preferred delivery time using the "Select Delivery Time" option in this email. When your order is out for delivery, FlashBird will notify you via text message, SMS, or email.
To accept your local delivery package, you must present a valid ID and sign for age verification.
If you are unavailable to receive your order, you can reschedule using the "Select Delivery Time" option in the notification email from FlashBird.
Orders will be delivered next business day to the following cities:
Blainville, Boisbriand, Brossard, Gatineau, Kahanawake, La Prairie, Laval, Levis, Longueuil, Montreal, Orléans, Ottawa, Quebec, Repentigny, Saint-Lamber, Terrebonne, Trois-Rivières.

Missed your Same-Day Delivery?
In case of a failed delivery attempt, the delivery person may contact you the next day to arrange a second delivery attempt. Please note that we cannot leave packages in mailboxes, with concierges, or unattended at your doorβ packages must be received in-person and signed for. Additionally, we also do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Please note thatΒ orders failing age verification are not eligible for refundsΒ as associated costs will be applied towards processing and restocking fees.Β Failure to meet this criteria can result in the refusal of delivery.

Checking Your Delivery Eligibility
To check if you are in our local delivery area, simply look the Local Delivery Shipping option at Checkout after entering your complete address. If you only see Standard Shipping and Express Shipping options, it means youβre not in the same-day local delivery zone. However, you can still choose Express Shipping at Checkout to expedite your Lush Vape Canada order. You can view the Local Delivery Zones Map to see if your location qualifies for same-day delivery.

Missing Item(s)

Order Taking Longer Than Expected
Orders may sometimes take longer than the estimated delivery time. You can track your order on Canada Postβs website using the tracking information and links in the shipment notification email sent to you by Canada Post. Failed Delivery Attempts/Unauthorized Returns
An unauthorized return from Canada Post is when a package is sent back to our warehouse due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt. This may be caused by an incomplete or incorrect address or the refusal to accept the order.
Following the receipt of the returns, our customer service representative will contact you within 2-3 business days to process a store credit for the unauthorized returns. You will receive a store credit for your order, excluding the shipping cost.
A flat rate of $20 will be applied to your store credit. For Express Shipping orders, a flat rate of $24.99 will be applied. The E-gift card will be sent to you in a separate email. Please check your spam folder in case you are not able to find the email.
We are currently unable to re-ship the packages that could not be delivered on the first attempt. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We strongly recommend you to review the shipping and delivery information, and our terms and conditions to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Age Verification upon Delivery
All Lush Vape orders are verified for proof of age upon delivery by Canada Post, which will require presenting your valid ID and obtaining a signature. You must be of legal age in your province/territory to place and receive a Lush Vape order. Failure to provide a proof of age will result in the refusal of delivery.
The name on the order must match the receiver's name for acceptance upon delivery. Please note that orders failing Canada Post's age verification are not eligible for refunds as associated costs will be applied towards processing and restocking fees. Failure to meet this criteria can result in the refusal of delivery.

Lush vape is dedicated towards ensuring every customer's complete satisfaction with their purchase. If, for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will offer a store credit for all unopened item(s) in the original packaging returned to us under these guidelines.
All returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase. Final sale item(s) and promotional offers are not eligible for a store credit.
Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns. Return shipping labels will NOT be provided.

Cancellations or changes may not be possible as all orders are instantly processed by our delivery team. You have the option to return the item(s) for a store credit. Only store credit will be issued due to the transaction charges and processingΒ fees.
