How much nicotine is in the vapes you sell?
All vaping products sold at Lush Vape comply with Health Canada's Nicotine Concentration in Vaping Products Regulations, which set the legal maximum at 20 mg/mL for all vaping products sold in Canada. This applies to every disposable vape, nicotine salt pod, and e-liquid in our catalogue.
Most products we carry including ELFBAR, STLTH pods, Vuse, and Flavour Beast are available at 20mg of nicotine salt, which delivers a smoother hit compared to freebase nicotine at higher concentrations.
The nicotine strength is always printed on the product packaging, so you always know exactly what you're getting. If you're unsure which strength is right for you, 20mg nicotine salt is generally recommended for adults who are transitioning from cigarettes.

How do I know if my disposable vape or pod is empty and why is it blinking?
When your device is empty, the flavour will noticeably fade or taste burnt, vapour production will drop significantly, and the device may blink or flash. Most disposable vapes in Canada including ELFBAR, Flavour Beast Beast Mode Max 2, and Vuse GO 8000 have an LED indicator that blinks a set number of times (usually 3 to 5 flashes) to signal the battery or e-liquid is depleted.
If your disposable vape is blinking but you haven't been using it long, there are a few possible causes: the battery may need charging (if it's a rechargeable disposable like the ELFBAR BC10000 or ELFBAR GH20000), or the device may have a short circuit or airflow restriction. Try charging it with a USB-C cable if supported β many high-puff disposables are rechargeable for exactly this reason.
For pod systems like STLTH, Level X, or Vuse, a blinking light typically means the pod is empty and needs replacing, or the pod isn't seated properly. Remove the pod, check the contacts, and re-insert it firmly.

Is vaping safer than smoking cigarettes?
Health Canada and public health organizations acknowledge that vaping is likely less harmful than smoking combustible cigarettes for adult smokers, primarily because vaping eliminates combustion β the burning process that produces the thousands of toxic chemicals found in cigarette smoke. Switching completely from cigarettes to vaping is generally considered a harm-reduction step for adult smokers.
That said, vaping is not risk-free. Nicotine is a highly addictive substance, and vaping products sold at Lush Vape contain nicotine. Vaping is intended for adult smokers and former smokers only β it is not recommended for people who have never smoked, for youth, or as a first-choice nicotine product.

Is vaping safe during pregnancy or if I have a medical condition?
Vaping products contain nicotine, which is known to be harmful during pregnancy and can cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. This warning is displayed on all products sold at Lush Vape, as required by Health Canada.
If you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant, breastfeeding, or managing a heart condition, respiratory illness, or any other medical condition, you should not use vaping products without first consulting your doctor or healthcare provider.
Lush Vape products are intended for adult smokers 19 years of age or older who are looking for an alternative to cigarettes. They are not smoking cessation products and are not designed to treat, prevent, or cure any disease or condition.

Whatβs the difference between a closed pod system and an open pod system?
Closed pod systems use pre-filled, sealed pods that you simply click into a device. When the pod is empty, you swap it for a new one. Brands like STLTH, Vuse, RELX, Level X, and POP use closed pod systems. They're clean, convenient, and require no handling of e-liquid. This is the most popular format for everyday vapers in Canada.
Open pod systems use refillable pods β you fill them yourself with an e-liquid of your choice. This gives you more flexibility over flavour and nicotine strength, and can be more economical if you buy e-liquids in larger bottles. Open pod systems require a bit more upkeep but are preferred by vapers who like to customize their experience.

How do I choose between e-liquids, vape kits, and accessories at Lush Vape?
E-liquids are for vapers who already have an open pod device or a refillable kit. Coils & Ohms: Replacement coils keep your device performing optimally. Lower ohms (0.6β0.8Ξ©) = more vapor/warmth for direct-lung vaping; higher ohms (1.0Ξ©+) = tighter draw/smoother throat hit for mouth-to-lung. Check your Caliburn or pod kit manual for compatible coil resistance.
